Klein High School Band & Guard's 2011 Open House is scheduled for Saturday July 30th! Make your registration smoother by completing the forms at home. Below are the forms for the Open House you can print and complete before you come to the band hall.
- Open House Cover Sheet - Let's you know what to do when you arrive
- Student Information Form - Basic Information about the student
- Trip Permission Form - Required for all school sponsored trips (e.g. Football Games)
- Medical Authorization Form - You'll need your insurance card to complete
- Shirt Order Form - Order show shirt, section shirt, etc.

- Pit Pops Sign-up Form - Order your custom Pit Pop shirt and join the Dad's
- SuperBooster Form - Support your band by becoming a SuperBooster
- Football Program Personal/Business Ad Form - Recognize your student/business in our Football Program
- Fundraiser Dinner Ticket Order Form - Reserve your seat at our Dinner/Auction (10/28 7:00pm) UPDATED!
- Sr. Recognition Form - Sr. Students must complete this form. Sr. Recognition is early this year 8/26!
